Private AI Image Generator: No Training, No Retention, Encrypted Prompts
Private AI Image Generator: No Training, No Retention, Encrypted Prompts
"Private" is the most overloaded word in AI tooling. Most platforms slap a "private mode" toggle on their UI while their backend continues to log prompts for "abuse detection", retain outputs for "quality scoring", and pipeline references into evaluation buckets — all of which can later be reviewed by humans or fed back into training.
Game & Anime ARMY draws a hard line. Privacy isn't a toggle — it's enforced by code, by infrastructure, and by cryptography. Your prompts are encrypted at rest with a key derived from your own user ID; even the platform operator cannot decrypt them without your session. Your TTL choice (15 min, 1 h, 12 h) is enforced by a scheduled cleanup job, with a hard 12-hour ceiling. And your references never touch persistent storage.
Why Game & Anime ARMY Is the Only NDA-Grade AI Image Generator
Most AI image generators (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion web UIs, Leonardo, Krea, Ideogram…) share three deal-breakers for AAA studios:
1. Your prompts and images are stored on their servers, often publicly browsable in community feeds.
2. Some providers may retain or use submitted data under their own policies — meaning your unreleased character, weapon, or IP can leak through someone else's prompt.
3. No legal NDA, no audit trail, no per-asset auto-destruct.
We rebuilt the stack to reduce exposure through layered application controls.
🔒 Full security stack
- AES-GCM 256 prompt encryption — every prompt is encrypted at rest with a per-user key derived via HKDF-SHA256 from a server-only pepper. Even with full database access, prompts are unreadable.
- No-training headers enforced upstream — every AI call carries `X-No-Training` and `X-Data-Privacy: no-retention`. Your references and prompts are sent with explicit no-retention and no-training directives; provider policy governs handling.
- Opaque UUID storage — generated images are saved with random hex filenames, not your prompt or your project name. No URL guessing, no public listing.
- Row-Level Security (RLS) — Postgres policies guarantee a user can only ever read their own assets, projects, and runs. Multi-tenant isolation at the database level.
- Ownership-verified signed URLs — asset links have a capped lifetime. No permanent public asset URL is created.
- Ephemeral reference handling — uploaded reference images are processed in memory as base64, sent to the AI agent, and purged immediately. They are never written to disk.
- Stealth mode + auto-destruct TTL — pick 15 minutes, 1 hour, or 12 hours — with a hard 12-hour ceiling enforced server-side. After TTL, prompts, assets, and storage rows are nuked.
- Manual nuke — one click wipes the entire session: prompts, references, generated images, signed URLs, everything.
- NDA-grade infrastructure — we never disclose which underlying model powers a generation. No provider branding ever surfaces to the client.
🎯 Built for unreleased AAA IP
That stack means you can safely generate concept art, key art, characters, environments, props, ingame screenshots, and matte paintings for a game, film, anime, or series before public announcement — without your IP showing up in someone else's training set, in a public gallery, or on a CDN URL six months later.
